Ok, now that I've got that out of the way, I want to bring you more details about what Total Training is offering with this new online service. I sent some questions to Steve Johnson, Total Training's Senior Manager for Online Media, and here's what he sent back:
Why did Total Training decide to go online?
Total Training was built on the basis of providing fantastic quality, an extraordinary customer experience and the best software tutorials that the industry has ever seen. We have always had requests for online training, but it wasn't until recently that technology has gotten to a place where we feel like we could deliver a true Total Training experience. The response has been overwhelming.
Do you have a projected release date?
It will officially launch later this month.
