Evil Genius Photo Fakery Uncovered
Imposters beware! EOmagazine has written a mini-exposé to out your evil genius photo fakery. Covering the basics of falsified-image making, the article paradoxically enables readers to both identify retouched images more adeptly and to produce them on their own (with a little creative extrapolation from the text of course).
Contemporary and iconic images are used to illustrate each point they make. Although some of the photo-wizardry I've noticed goes far beyond the examples from the article, it gives a very comprehensive introduction to how fake images are rendered. Canon has launched 24 new products, including 7 PowerShot compact digital cameras, 2 powerful EOS digital SLRs, 2 high-quality EF lenses, a new EX Speedlite; and 12 new printers, which includes 3 SELPHY 4 x 6 inch compact photo printers; 5 PIXMA single function printers and 4 PIXMA Photo-all-in-ones. Photoshop Tip: How To Delete Extra Brushes
If you've created a brush (or a number of brushes) that you don't want to appear in your Brushes palette, all you have to do is go to the Brushes Picker in the Options Bar and hold the Option key (PC: Alt key) and your cursor will change to an icon of a pair of scissors. Click once with the scissors on the brush that you want to delete and it's gone. If you decide that you want all of your new brushes deleted and that you want to return to the original factory default brushes, choose Reset Brushes from the Picker's pop-down menu.
